Artist Introduction
I have been a practising artist since 2015. Based in Oxfordshire, I am inspired by beautiful landscapes, whether they are here in the UK or some tiny cove in a far flung place. I have grown up holidaying in Cornwall and this county is very special to me. I have painted a few places that either mean a lot to me or have a link to Cornwall's past. The medium that I use is acrylics.
Here is my work. Each piece that is for sale has a price attached. There are some pieces that are private commissions and not for sale. I hope it gives you flavour of my style. Please contact me if you would like to buy any piece or if you would like to find out more.

My Nephew's love puffins, so when I found this photo I had to do a puffin picture.

Original - Penberth Cove
One of the most painted coves in Cornwall. I saw this photo and it said Cornwall to me, without realising how many artists have painted this cove. This is my interpretation of a beautiful fishing cove in Cornwall.

Original - A view out to sea from Tresco, Scilly Isles
I first visited the Isles of Scilly in 2020, a beautiful set of Islands 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall. Rugged and with water that is so clear that you can spot sea life.

Original - Polrun Block House at Night
Polrun is a favoured place, right on the Fowey estuary. It has one of the steepest hills anywhere that I know. The Blockhouse is majestic ruin presiding over the rocks on the mouth of the river. Taken at night with the flood lights.

This is up river from Fowey and the Apple blossom is an old variety from Golant. The blue boat just caught my eye and looked beautiful in the spring sun light.

Original - Restormel Castle, Lostwithiel
I am castle person, I do love a good castle. This is one of the first castles I remember going to visit when I was holidaying in Cornwall. It is stunningly unusual circular castle, but has history that you can touch and feel when you are within its walls.

Original - The Orangery at Kew Gardens in Autumn
I started my career working at Kew and the privilege to cycle through the gardens to work, passing the glasshouses and key Kew landmarks. The Orangery is one of the many stunning buildings within the gardens.

Original - A Breton Watermill
On a walk whilst holiday in nearby Benodet we happened across this sweet watermill, now derelict, just down from this mill the path opened out onto the estuary. The estuary reminded me of the River Falmouth near to the Truro end. The Mill in the picture is near Quimper.
